New Book and Exhibit by Lisa Loucks-Christenson, OPPOSING WINDS: The Season of Change for Rochester, Minnesota's Giant Canada Goose Population.
Christenson says, "I'm creating one illustration a day, for the next 32 days, which is about the same amount of days as the giant Canada goose incubation period, then on day 40, the book and exhibit will be published."
The book is the first in line for Story Antics® new imprint, Nature, Wildlife & Environmental Awareness Series™, that run 32 pages each. The books are educational and share views of issues and interference of man against nature, nature against nature, and more.
The book features the Rochester, Minnesota giant Canada Goose population that have been admired by thousands of residents and worldwide travelers, through the years, along with images Christenson pulled from her, Of Whitewater™ series, The Giant Canada Goose Documentary, featuring wild geese, illustrations, Christenson has created will be part of the book and exhibit.
