ROCHESTER, Minn. (KTTC) – Workers from a Twin Cities-based tile and stone company have been in Peace Plaza this week working to reset several pavers that have become unsettled, causing a tripping hazard.
The pavers were installed during the $18.6 million Heart of the City project that was finished in 2022. Some of the pavers have raised lettering on them and some do not.
